What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of software engineers to foster collaboration and high-performance delivery.
• Drive the execution of the software roadmap through alignment with the Intercom Solutions department and Axis OS teams.
• Support the team in overcoming technical and operational challenges while identifying growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of ways of working and team collaboration practices.
• Contribute as an active member of the new Intercom Solutions management team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Professional engineering background.
• Demonstrated experience leading software engineers in a technical environment.
• Strong skills in cross-team communication and collaboration.
