What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to improve overall business impact and team efficiency.

• Act as a strategic advisor to customers navigating digital transformation journeys.
• Represent the regional office within the broader leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
• Strong track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Stockholm, Sweden.

• Knowledge of how Emerging Enterprises, Startups, and Digital Native businesses operate.
• Proficiency in any Nordic language.
