• Inspire and develop the R&D team to ensure project execution on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Manage the continuous development pipeline, review backlog items, and drive innovation.
• Engage directly with customers to communicate technical choices and value propositions.
• Track R&D budgets and prepare future planning requirements (3YP/1YP).
• Drive automation and digitalization across the portfolio to add measurable customer value.
• Bridge science and business, turning complex research into market-ready solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in R&D or technical centers of excellence.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Project Management within food technology or process engineering.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative, and diverse environment.
