Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom and possess the right to work in this location. The role operates on a hybrid basis with office attendance expected approximately four days a week.

What you will do

• Maintain commercial and department resource trackers to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support contract renewals, scope of work proposals, and audit documentation.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for presenting commercial data to stakeholders.
• Partner with Client Leads on timesheet reconciliations and account profitability.
• Assist Finance Operations with client onboarding and contractual commission rate compliance.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and commercial training requirements.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to explain financial metrics to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with PowerBI for reporting and visualization.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely to diverse audiences.

• Exposure to Power Query for data transformation.
• Experience using VBA for basic automation tasks.
