What you will do

• Create customer-centric CRM campaigns using data-driven insights and analysis.
• Develop messaging and creative content across various customer journeys and channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Drive day-to-day CRM activities focused on customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure brand, content, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and campaign management, including messaging and segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ExactTarget.
• Experience working across direct channels including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
• Strong ability to turn complex data and insights into actionable communication.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
