TL;DR

HR Business Partner (Igaming): Leading strategic HR transformation and organizational design initiatives to support global scaling with an accent on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and structural alignment. Focus on translating people-related insights into measurable business outcomes through cross-functional partnership and process optimization.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Riga or Barcelona, with options for remote, hybrid, or on-site work.

What you will do

  • Lead and deliver high-impact HR transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and align team structures with business priorities.
  • Improve manager capability, performance management processes, and team effectiveness.
  • Build scalable HR infrastructure by identifying inefficiencies and automating key processes.
  • Translate people metrics and data into actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or transformation consulting.
  • Proven track record in tech, product, or fast-growing companies.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to structure ambiguous organizational problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Riga or Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Experience in international organizational design.
  • Background in fast-scaling tech product environments.
