What you will do
- Lead and deliver high-impact HR transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and align team structures with business priorities.
- Improve manager capability, performance management processes, and team effectiveness.
- Build scalable HR infrastructure by identifying inefficiencies and automating key processes.
- Translate people metrics and data into actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or transformation consulting.
- Proven track record in tech, product, or fast-growing companies.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to structure ambiguous organizational problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Riga or Barcelona.

- Experience in international organizational design.
- Background in fast-scaling tech product environments.
