What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and improve assessment quality.
• Source specialized talent for game design, development, and product roles using advanced search techniques.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and databases with high precision.
• Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience specifically in the gaming industry.
• Expertise in modern sourcing methods, including Boolean and X-ray search.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
