What you will do

• Partner with AI and operations counterparts to maintain standard multi-surface promotion patterns in our AI + automation stack.
• Use AI tools and agents to draft and refine channel-specific copy and promotion plans.
• Design, own, and continuously refine the multi-surface editorial promotions calendar.
• Define editorial themes, cadences, and publishing windows that connect launches, campaigns, and always-on content.
• Orchestrate major launches, campaigns, research, and executive content across web, social, email, and community channels.
• Partner with analytics, SEO, and marketing operations to track publishing throughput and cross-channel coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years in B2B content marketing, editorial operations, or digital publishing, ideally in enterprise software, IT, or developer-focused environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content or marketing workflows.
• Demonstrated ownership of an editorial or promotions calendar and a content review / editorial approval process spanning multiple channels.
• Experience working with project management tools (ideally Asana) to run content workflows end-to-end.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with senior leaders, legal, product marketing, and regional teams.

Nice to have

• Preferred experience with workflow automation tools and managing/refining agentic AI workflows.
