What you will do

• Drive core metrics of strategic connectivity to meet team and company objectives.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Navigate internal tooling to support project execution and process improvement.
• Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-oriented recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc research projects, blending qualitative insights with quantitative rigor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong network across departments and with external resources to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 1+ year of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.).
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, other hirify.global locations, and events as needed.
• Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• Experience using various programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript, R, HTML, XML, CSS, Ruby).
• Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or Arabic.
• Demonstrated success working in an environment with competing priorities and aggressive schedules.
