What you will do

• Analyze SEO performance data across a large and diverse client portfolio to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Own and evolve portfolio level SEO performance reporting, including dashboards and scorecards.
• Build and maintain benchmarking frameworks to compare performance across key verticals.
• Define and standardize SEO KPIs to ensure consistency across teams.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Proactively surface insights and opportunities that influence product direction and business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degree a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data mining to inform product decisions.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical, on page, off page, local search, and familiarity with AI search is a plus.
• Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience in agency, SaaS, or SMB focused environments is a plus.
• Experience with Python or automation tools is a plus.
