Location: Must be based in London, requiring hybrid attendance (at least 40% in office).

What you will do

  • Create engaging, accessible, and people-focused content for apps and websites.
  • Develop empathy for user needs to refine and improve customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and branding teams to ensure consistent copy.
  • Use data and research insights to measure content effectiveness and success.
  • Act as the content expert within a multi-disciplinary agile team.
  • Think strategically to evolve conversation design and link touchpoints across the platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
  • Experience working in a complex business landscape, ideally within financial services.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product, legal, and risk stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design platforms such as Figma.
  • Ability to write on-brand content in multiple tones of voice.
  • Must be able to work in the London office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven conversational design.
