TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for products and services.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application, integration, and environment-related issues.
  • Handle incoming support requests via ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and bugs.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Support onboarding of new customers/users to our products.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Product Support, Technical Support, or similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills within software applications and systems.
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs, or integrations.
  • Familiarity with structured support processes and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to analyse issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Service-minded with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level
