What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for operational support, guiding clients on systems and processes.
• Manage and resolve client queries within established deadlines.
• Track all interactions and responses using internal CRM tools.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely answers for complex inquiries.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with the Sales team to improve overall experience.
• Contribute to incident management and analyze query statistics to identify improvement trends.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English (C1 equivalent).
• Understanding of or strong interest in the post-trade industry and financial infrastructure.
• Experience in client service roles is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to function as a collaborative team player.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic workdays and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
