Customer Support Representative

Focus on assisting with the setup of new alarm transmitters and changes in existing setups within the Smart Alarms product area.

What you will do

• Answer incoming calls and manage cases in the CRM system.
• Provide technical support to customers, installers, and alarm stations.
• Handle alarms and assist with the setup of new alarm transmitters.
• Work in technical operating platforms for alarm transmitters, registering and supporting hirify.global products and services.
• Assist fitters and operating personnel with the commissioning of new alarm transmitters and changes to the setup and configuration of existing transmitters

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Engaged, positive, customer-focused, and accurate.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, basic knowledge of data communication and networks).
• Clean criminal record.

Nice to have

• Experience and/or knowledge of the fire/security industry, alarm station, electrical, and/or technical support.
• Knowledge of alarm communication.
• High execution ability and high work capacity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good humor.
