What you will do

• Support and define off-platform content strategy across platforms like Youtube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Partner with The Talent Group and Central CN Casting to identify external talent and generate creative briefs for Creator partners.
• Support brand video teams in the development of creator partnership social originals content.
• Produce, shoot, edit, and post on social to support titles and lead social originals or creator partnership content.
• Provide oversight of creative, visual, and editorial standards for social and creator partnerships.
• Engage with Global Central Organizations to pull insights and data to inform programming strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in video content creation, spanning both editorial and commercial experience.
• A deep background in social video and audience building on social platforms.
• A strong personal profile in social media.
• 5+ years managing a creative team.
• Experience in multi-platform storytelling across digital platforms.
• Experience in managing a production budget.
