What you will do

• Shape go-to-market strategy and deliver standout positioning for the People Services portfolio.
• Drive growth through clear, differentiated propositions and messaging based on market and competitor insights.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, bringing together Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Create impactful sales enablement tools, content, and training to empower commercial teams.
• Stay close to market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Strong experience shaping product marketing strategy and executing Go-To-Market plans.
• Proven track record of launching B2B propositions, ideally within people services or technology.
• Deep expertise in product marketing, including segmentation, buyer personas, and data-led optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience within a private equity-backed, enterprise-scale business.
