Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Work closely with Directors and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans.
• Identify and engage high-potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Manage interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate experience.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Deliver structured feedback and manage offer processes.

Requirements

• Experience within a recruitment environment, either in agency or internal recruitment within a similar setting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders and candidates.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes at once.
• Motivated by working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Interested in developing a longer-term career within internal recruitment.
