Fullstack Engineer (AI): Developing and improving both web-based clients, including native apps, and RESTful web services for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform with an accent on high-quality and tested code. Focus on working in a cross-functional scrum team, giving and receiving valuable feedback, and automating where possible.

What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, including native apps, and RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team and produce high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive valuable feedback in the code review process and continuously learn and share knowledge with peers.
• Take ownership of topics, ranging from features to the quality of work and the environment.
• Work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin.
• Ideally, experience with MongoDB, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana, with a good understanding of REST and Microservices.
• Preferably, experience in an agile environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
