Salary: $170,500.00-315,490.00

What you will do

• Architect and define systems requirements for high-speed SerDes architectures.
• Perform system testing and modeling infrastructure to optimize IP architectures.
• Design and deliver systems solutions that meet standards across the ecosystem.
• Develop integrated hardware, software, and data architecture solutions that address performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design innovative enhancements for systems aligned with client and market expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of specifications, operational methodologies, and best practices to ensure seamless system delivery and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Master's degree with 4+ years, or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with SerDes systems architecture definition and hardware systems and subsystems.
• Experience in debugging, problem-solving, and system architecture concepts.
• Hands-on experience with PAM4 SerDes.
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink for simulation and modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming tools such as Python and EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre.
• Experience in managing large-scale systems modeling projects.
