What you will do
- Recommend and implement go-to-market strategies to maximize NPD commercialization.
- Contribute to the translation of global strategies into actionable commercial plans for markets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and market engagement.
- Support Global Commercial Readiness Governance.
- Monitor readiness governance and support follow-up actions when gaps are identified.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across regions and markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree: 5+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management and/or Sales in FMCG (experience in Beauty industry is a plus).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade dynamics.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Structured thinker with the ability to connect strategic objectives with operational execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in a local market role, demonstrating customer and retailer understanding.
- Interest in working in an international environment with a fast innovation pace.
