What you will do

• Lead technical workstreams and provide mentorship to junior implementation engineers.
• Design and build automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and self-service portals.
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and access certification campaigns.
• Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and flat-file connectors for disconnected applications.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex synchronization and performance issues.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical designs including data schemas and logic.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions with enterprise IGA tools like hirify.global, SailPoint, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell for custom rule development.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, and XML.
• Deep knowledge of security protocols including OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, SFDC, Workday, or Oracle.

Nice to have

• Professional-level certification in a major IGA platform.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
