Salary: $100,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Workflow Supervisor and team leads to define artist needs and workflow priorities.
• Design, build, and test new workflows based on creative and technical requirements, following established best practices and standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing workflows in response to project demands and user feedback.
• Train and fine-tune specialized visual creation models using advanced ML techniques.
• Translate artistic intent into executable technical solutions, developing logic and parameters that enable artists to generate photorealistic visuals from prompts, sketches, or scene inputs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in workflow development, technical direction, or creative technology in a production environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, including designing advanced workflows and using or adapting community extensions.
• Familiarity with key image creation systems and techniques (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, IPAdapter, Fine-Tuning including LoRAs, Flux, Hooks, etc.).
• Expert proficiency in Python for node logic, scripting, ML workflow orchestration, and writing reusable, efficient code for high-level APIs.
• Ability to translate artist needs into technical solutions through strong collaboration and communication.
• Comfortable working with internal documentation and task management tools such as Confluence and ClickUp.
