What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to shape the data and analytics roadmap.
• Translate business requirements and KPIs into technical data models and schemas.
• Define and implement the reporting and aggregation layer, ensuring separation from OLTP systems.
• Build scalable data models and computation layers using Azure SQL, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and maintain a scalable ingestion framework for various data sources.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and data quality across the platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data architecture, analytics modeling, and reporting systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure data platforms (Azure SQL, Synapse, Fabric).
• Experience designing data ingestion frameworks and semantic layers.
• Solid understanding of digital and e‑commerce analytics.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large‑scale consumer or e‑commerce platforms.
• Exposure to customer analytics or personalization platforms.
