Salary: $90,000-$120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Write production code daily and actively contribute to the technical direction of the Platform Team.
• Design and build high-performance APIs capable of handling thousands of requests per second.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing features end-to-end, from CMS data modelling to production release.
• Maintain and enhance GX-Console, the universal game launcher, along with backend-for-frontend services and internal platform tools.
• Contribute to the evolution of the cloud-native microservices architecture.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering design sessions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Excellent coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript backend development.
• Experience building REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and Git-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS or cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of microservices and scalable system design.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
