What you will do

• Monitor and maintain supplier balances ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking.
• Proactively identify and resolve supplier-side issues, escalating where necessary.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for vendor partners, handling accounting-related queries and day-to-day account management.
• Oversee wholesale invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure long-term operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in account management, operations, or a similar role involving financial workflows and partner communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and follow through to resolution.
• Business-level English proficiency (working language is English).
