Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Malaga office (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week)

What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for end-to-end KYC and KYB capabilities.
• Design and improve customer verification journeys, risk rating frameworks, and periodic review processes.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and data teams.
• Partner with operational and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, audit-ready, and optimized.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop risk scoring methodologies and data enrichment strategies.
• Drive improvements in workflow orchestration and case management tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience working on KYC, KYB, or onboarding products.
• Proven background in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, business verification, and corporate structures.
• Experience with risk scoring systems, workflow/case management tools, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience building platforms serving both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
