What you will do
- Design and manage the company’s end-to-end customer loyalty program.
- Monitor and improve key retention metrics including LTV, activation rates, and basket abandonment.
- Segment customer groups based on purchase behavior to personalize engagement.
- Collaborate with Data and BI teams to extract actionable insights from campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on incentives, discount structures, and bundle offers.
- Research market trends and competitive loyalty benchmarks in the automotive aftermarket.
Requirements
- Proven experience in loyalty management within ecommerce or a similar sector.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Strategic mindset paired with practical, hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Language proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
