What you will do

• Design and manage the company’s end-to-end customer loyalty program.
• Monitor and improve key retention metrics including LTV, activation rates, and basket abandonment.
• Segment customer groups based on purchase behavior to personalize engagement.
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams to extract actionable insights from campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on incentives, discount structures, and bundle offers.
• Research market trends and competitive loyalty benchmarks in the automotive aftermarket.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loyalty management within ecommerce or a similar sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Strategic mindset paired with practical, hands-on execution skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
