What you will do

• Apply ML and generative AI techniques to creative optimization, user behavior prediction, and dynamic content generation.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle from initial problem framing and experimentation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business requirements into actionable ML solutions.
• Conduct performance monitoring, A/B testing, and offline/online evaluations to ensure high model quality.
• Keep abreast of latest research in LLMs, multimodal models, and recommendation systems to drive innovation.
• Mentor fellow scientists and promote high technical standards within the team.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML models such as prediction, recommendation systems, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks including PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Demonstrable experience taking ML models from prototype to production environments.
• Ability to balance cutting-edge research with business time-to-market constraints.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or KDD.
• Experience working within the advertising technology (AdTech) or MarTech domains.
