SAP FICO Senior Associate (SAP)

TL;DR

SAP FICO Senior Associate (SAP): Designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP FICO modules to support global financial operations with an accent on core module integration and legal compliance. Focus on implementing complex RICEFW objects, optimizing end-to-end process flows, and leading migration and upgrade projects across multiple geographies.

Location: Hybrid (expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do

• Lead SAP FICO efforts, including local legal compliance, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations across various business units and geographies.
• Configure core SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Tax, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA, CO-PC, and Banking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and align them with SAP FICO capabilities.
• Partner with ABAP development teams to design functional specifications (FDS) and oversee RICEFW developments.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, PS, and HCM to ensure smooth end-to-end process flows.
• Conduct and support end-to-end testing activities, including unit, regression, and UAT, while creating comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
• 6-8+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, including full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support.
• Expertise in SAP FICO core modules and strong knowledge of cross-module integration points (MM, SD, PS, RAR, HCM).
• Proficiency in writing detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for RICEFW objects.
• Experience in SAP data migration, cutover planning, and reconciliation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a complex, global enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN).
• Deep finance domain knowledge.
• Experience in developing solutions for E-Invoice, Tax, SAFT, and DMEE requirements.
