Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Define and own operational strategy and KPIs to improve performance across Dark stores.
• Perform advanced data analysis and modeling to balance operational costs and service levels.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to develop intelligent reporting and backend tools.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations to inform senior management strategy.
• Drive actionable insights to scale non-food offerings and optimize last-mile logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting.
• Expertise in SQL, Data Studio, and Google Suite (Sheets/Slides).
• Strong background in e-commerce or last-mile logistics.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Degree in computer science, management, economics, engineering, or related field.
