Focus on optimizing sales processes within Salesforce, automating reporting workflows, and providing analytical support for cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid, based in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

Extract and analyze sales data to identify trends in client behavior and product performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Sales Dashboards and effectiveness reports.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align goals and streamline data workflows.
Manage portfolio and bonus tracking, including administration within Salesforce.
Develop automation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
Provide actionable strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on analytical findings.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
Understanding of SQL and database querying tools like Azure Data Studio.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
Familiarity with Alteryx Designer for data preparation.
