What you will do
- Extract and analyze sales data to identify trends in client behavior and product performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Sales Dashboards and effectiveness reports.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align goals and streamline data workflows.
- Manage portfolio and bonus tracking, including administration within Salesforce.
- Develop automation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
- Provide actionable strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on analytical findings.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
- Understanding of SQL and database querying tools like Azure Data Studio.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
- Familiarity with Alteryx Designer for data preparation.
