Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Building a new banking platform from scratch for business clients with an accent on end-to-end user flows for mobile and web. Location: Remote or hybrid from one of our hubs. Relocation support provided to Cyprus, Serbia, or Mexico for employee and family.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end user flows for business-oriented mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and analysts to drive product development.
• Leverage data and A/B testing to optimize conversion funnels and inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure high-quality, scalable product components.
• Advocate for user-centered principles while solving complex B2B financial challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B or financial product solutions.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-iteration product teams.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Strong system thinking and UX methodology skills.
