What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and solution design sessions for enterprise prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives to de-risk deals and build credible paths to "yes".
• Communicate complex AI and data infrastructure concepts to both engineers and C-level stakeholders.
• Design and prototype solutions using hirify.global's platform that directly address customer requirements.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation with experience in AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or enterprise software architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to work in customer-facing technical roles.
• Comfort operating under ambiguity and making reasonable assumptions.
• GTM instincts to build technical consensus across a buying committee.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate system design trade-offs into business risk language for executives.
