Analytics Consultant

TL;DR

Analytics Consultant: Leading the delivery of data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions for clients and internal stakeholders with an accent on translating complex business problems into structured analytical approaches. Focus on architecting and maintaining complex dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions using BI tools and SQL-based environments.

Location: If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Those outside of commutable distance may be considered on a remote basis.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing analytics engagements, including discovery, scoping, solution design, and delivery.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and scalable solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions using BI tools and SQL-based environments.
• Proactively identify data quality, integrity, and structural issues; recommend and implement improvements.
• Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that drive actionable business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Math, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles.
• Advanced experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Sisense, Business Objects).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Experience working within cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
• Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity is strongly preferred.
