Principal Data Analyst (GTM Analytics): Owning the data strategy, reporting, and analytical frameworks for Services Delivery (SD) with an accent on building AI-ready data models and optimizing delivery operations. Focus on architecting multi-surface data infrastructure and ensuring data integrity across CRM/PSA systems to drive productivity and executive decision-making.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park (CA), Dublin (CA), Bellevue (WA), or New York (NY) offices at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $195,000 - $256,200

• Develop and maintain Gold Standard analytical data models using dbt for Services Delivery.
• Implement business logic into AI-friendly models to support predictive tools and agentic interfaces.
• Build scalable data infrastructure accessible via dashboards, Streamlit apps, and autonomous agents.
• Enable AI-driven self-service data solutions for global delivery teams to reduce ad-hoc reporting.
• Ensure data integrity between CRM/PSA systems and internal reporting layers.
• Lead measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives on delivery speed and margins.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Analytics/BI within large-cap tech or high-growth SaaS.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with dbt for production data modeling.
• Deep understanding of AI-ready data structures and Python frameworks like Streamlit.
• Extensive experience with the CRM/PSA ecosystem, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong background in Professional Services or Consulting operations.
• Ability to translate complex technical architectures into actionable narratives for executives.
