What you will do

  • Manage internal user access and support IS systems while ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for bug escalations, creating detailed tickets and driving resolutions with technical teams.
  • Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and deliver timely solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, Product Managers, and IT teams regarding system and product issues.
  • Maintain a responsive presence in Slack troubleshooting channels while meeting defined SLO targets.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge resources and documentation including user guides and access guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Proven experience in high-velocity support roles managing competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with core business systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, or Outreach.
  • Demonstrable experience working within strict Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills with a customer-focused approach.
