What you will do

• Create and refine prompts and responses for diverse topics to support LLM development
• Lead labeling and annotation initiatives with internal and external partners
• Develop and maintain comprehensive guidelines and specifications for dataset quality
• Train and mentor teams on best practices for data consistency and LLM training
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality AI model training data

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Must have valid US work authorization
• Must be currently based in the United States
• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for machine learning tools

Nice to have

• Degree in Linguistics, Literature, Creative Writing, or Journalism
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models and RLHF
• Experience in data labeling, tagging, or prompt preparation
• Previous QA or testing experience
• Scripting proficiency in Python
