What you will do

• Develop and maintain medium‑ to long‑term business plans.
• Build and manage capacity models covering 8 weeks to 5 years.
• Analyse complex data to generate strategic insight and improvement recommendations.
• Support operational planning activities including co‑ordinating workloads and engaging with stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy across planning, finance and HR datasets.
• Collaborate and build positive relationships across teams and business areas.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large and complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel capability with knowledge of Erlang modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience working with contact centre technologies such as IEX, CMS, Genesys or Verint.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently to different audiences.
• A logical, methodical approach with the creativity to find solutions to operational challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with multiple data sources.
