What you will do

• Design and implement security solutions for vulnerability management and application security tools.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Integrate security controls into DevOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Maintain technical security requirements, standards, and documentation.
• Participate in incident response activities for application-related security incidents.
• Analyze vulnerability trends and present risk metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Irving, TX 4 days per week.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in complex business environments.
• Hands-on experience with application security tools such as Veracode, Checkmarx, or Burp Suite.
• Strong knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps principles, and cloud-native security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, and security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certifications.
