What you will do

• Lead business analysis across the full SDLC, from discovery to post-release support.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable user stories and functional requirements.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Integrate LLM and AI tools to accelerate documentation, synthesis, and feature delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA.
• Monitor product performance and refine roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis in IT or SaaS.
• Must be based in the CET time zone.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead end-to-end product delivery.
• Practical experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for professional productivity.
• Technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams on AI feature implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate or B2B service industries.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or BigQuery.
