TL;DR

Client Support Specialist (IoT/Fleet Management): Managing client communication and technical troubleshooting with an accent on providing product information and optimizing installation logistics. Focus on resolving client issues efficiently, data analysis, and ensuring high-quality support standards in a hybrid office environment.

Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Tallinn, Estonia

Salary: From €1,600 gross per month

What you will do

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
  • Provide detailed product information and support to fleet managers and end-users.
  • Plan and coordinate installation trips for technical field specialists.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational support data.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Excellent command of Estonian and English languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work independently and follow internal policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in IoT or technical industries is a significant plus.
