What you will do
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
- Provide detailed product information and support to fleet managers and end-users.
- Plan and coordinate installation trips for technical field specialists.
- Collect, analyze, and report on operational support data.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer support.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Excellent command of Estonian and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in stressful situations.
- Ability to work independently and follow internal policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in IoT or technical industries is a significant plus.
