What you will do
- Own the planning and end-to-end execution of features and programs for SMB compliance products.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to diagnose funnel issues and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Champion customer needs through interviews and data-driven insights.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and expand service value.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing and new product offerings.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of product management experience at a technology company.
- Proven track record in growing subscription products, preferably for small businesses.
- Ability to translate user research and data into actionable product requirements.
- Experience using metrics and data as the primary tools for informed decision-making.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must have US work authorization.
