What you will do

• Own the planning and end-to-end execution of features and programs for SMB compliance products.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to diagnose funnel issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Champion customer needs through interviews and data-driven insights.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and expand service value.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing and new product offerings.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience at a technology company.
• Proven track record in growing subscription products, preferably for small businesses.
• Ability to translate user research and data into actionable product requirements.
• Experience using metrics and data as the primary tools for informed decision-making.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must have US work authorization.
