Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and track north-star metrics to prioritize high-leverage product opportunities.
• Design, execute, and evaluate rigorous A/B tests to optimize product performance.
• Develop analytical models and reproducible pipelines for full-funnel data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve data instrumentation and quality.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable, executive-ready insights and visualizations.
• Apply statistical techniques to quantify impact and risk across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar product analytics role.
• High proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Deep expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Strong ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person at our NYC HQ.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Experience with modern data warehousing and distributed computing frameworks.
• Background in full-funnel performance measurement and large-scale data processing.
