What you will do

• Lead the business function for global Machine Sales & PINS data, ensuring adherence to data integrity and business rules.
• Own data governance frameworks, validation rules, and pipeline monitoring across critical model datasets.
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions using Snowflake, AWS, and Power BI.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and promote self-service reporting.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for global dealer and internal users, driving dealer-facing initiatives and adherence to information standards.
• Lead business requirements and continuity planning during legacy platform migrations to modernized, accessible workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant job experience.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and application delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to determine root causes of organizational problems and create effective analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive consensus across global stakeholders.
• Must have authorization to work in the US; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data environments including Snowflake and AWS.
• Experience with digital integration workflows, VS Code, and AI/LLM tool adoption.
