Sr. Fullstack Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Sr. Fullstack Engineer (AI): Developing GenAI features and agents for market products and internal processes with an accent on leveraging coding assistant and coding agent tools. Focus on improving hirify.global products and organizational processes by translating product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.

Location: This position is based in Denver and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Salary: $130,000 to $175,00

What you will do

• Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets).
• Collaborate with hirify.global development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features using tools like Cline, Replit, and Cursor.
• Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools as they appear on the market.
• Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects.
• Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.
• Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI to improve hirify.global products and organizational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong competence in backend development.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs, React / Vue / Angular / Svelte, Typescript.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server, PostgreSQL (preferred), Unit testing frameworks (i.e., Unknit, MSTest).
• AI development experience including competence with Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), Prompt Engineering, Embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity, RAG.
• Experience with GitHub / Azure DevOps / Bit, Microsoft Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience).
