What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple data analysts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and structured growth opportunities.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of analytics initiatives, balancing team capacity with evolving business and production needs.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reports that support decision‑making across production, marketing, live operations, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to shape long‑term strategies and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Drive the evolution of analytics standards, tools, methodologies, and knowledge‑sharing practices to enhance team impact and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of scalable processes that support GaaS production and live operations across multiple projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in data.
• Experience leading and managing data teams.
• Data quality is very important for you and you understand its impact on business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey creative and technical ideas clearly.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize work, and adhere to deadlines.
• A real understanding of video game production and the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the other professionals involved in production.
