What you will do

• Identify and dissolve operational friction by shadowing internal teams such as Compliance and Customer Success.
• Design and deploy internal AI agents, custom LLM interfaces, and automated research pipelines.
• Own the full lifecycle of internal products from initial code to production deployment.
• Write Python, Node, or TypeScript logic to power sophisticated agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to build secure API-based integrations with the core platform.
• Partner directly with Department Heads to define and implement high-impact automation strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Deep experience as a power-user of LLM tools and Claude for development.
• Ability to prompt, chain, and audit AI output for high-stakes environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate non-technical business needs into technical solutions.
• Tech-stack agnostic mindset with proficiency in languages like Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Ability to work autonomously and define your own roadmap to provide maximum value.
