What you will do

• Partner with product owners and engineering leads to embed reliability into roadmaps and delivery decisions.
• Apply SRE principles like SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to maintain system performance and scalability.
• Enhance observability frameworks across metrics, logs, and traces to ensure services are observable by design.
• Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD environments to deliver operational improvements.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to drive long-term prevention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce technical toil and improve overall service operability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SRE with a deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and application monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware technology and virtualisation environments.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, disaster recovery planning, and chaos engineering practices.
• Understanding of identity governance and modern security frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud architecture design and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with container orchestration or advanced cloud storage solutions.
• Background in network engineering within large-scale telecommunications environments.
