What you will do

• Validate AI agent performance and consistency across diverse healthcare scenarios.
• Identify root causes of protocol deviations and improve underlying prompt logic.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to define and monitor clinically relevant quality parameters.
• Establish new testing methodologies suitable for intelligent and adaptive AI systems.
• Manage regulatory compliance documentation for AI-driven medical devices (MDR, AI Act).
• Monitor and mitigate algorithm bias to ensure safe and accurate healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek
• Proficient in English
• 2-6 years of experience in QA or analytical roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Curiosity regarding AI, prompt engineering, and machine learning
• Must be based in Greece

Nice to have

• Familiarity with health data security standards such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Experience with medical device regulations like MDR, ISO 13485, or IEC62304
• Background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
• Basic scripting or programming skills
