What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including cloud migrations and integration initiatives.
• Define project objectives, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily cross-functional activities to drive execution and remove delivery blockers.
• Track project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, and quality, and report status accurately.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing IT and software development projects.
• 1 to 3 years of project or team lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical status.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (PSM/CSM).
• Experience in highly regulated industries like gaming, lottery, or financial services.
